LUC IT SERVICES - user account management

With this service you can reset a forgotten password or activate your new user account and set your first password.
You can log on to the service with your Finnish e-banking account, your mobile certificate or your certificate card.

NOTE! Identification methods for foreigners are not yet supported in this application.

To activate your user account you must accept the terms of usage set by your organization after authentication.
Once you have read the rules, you may continue to the authentication.
